To all of our friends, loyal customers and vendor family, we’d like to share some news regarding the upcoming Farmers Market 2022 season.

 

We have made the decision to move to the East Coast sometime this year to be near family.  In turn, it is with a heavy heart that we must announce the closure of our business here in Colorado.  We will unfortunately not be participating in this year’s market, though we have heard that a couple of pop-up events may be permitted to allow us a final goodbye in person!  We will keep you updated on those plans as new information rolls in…

 

For now though, we’d like to say our goodbyes via this ‘letter.’  But if you know anything about me, you know that this is not really a goodbye letter…it is a love letter.  We cannot express just how monumental every single interaction was between us and our customers.  Dave and I were extremely touched by those that returned to our booth on a weekly basis and became our extended family (including pet-family!).  From a business perspective, we were fish out of water when we began this journey.  Our fellow vendors and our partners at Metro Denver Market embraced us immediately and helped us grow in insurmountable ways, both professionally and personally.

 

I have been baking for my family for over 30 years.  When I formed my very first cookie dough ball as a young mother, I could never have imagined that one day I’d own my own business and share my baked goods love with all of you.  It’s incredibly surreal.  And to have all of your support over the last 4 years, including through the tough times of Covid, means more to me and Dave than you will ever know.

 

We plan on continuing to grow our business on the East Coast, so please keep in touch to see what happens next!  Our website and social media posts may slow down, but we’re always around if you want to contact us in any way.  We’ll also still be taking custom orders out of our home, so please don’t ignore those sweet treat cravings! ;)
